Words cant express how much this impacts everyone however the impact is felt most for the families and people who knew these officers most and dearest. These two officers put on the uniform and unfortunately will never go home to families and those dear to them.
Donate to the VPL Remembrance Fund with 100% of funds going directly to the families of Victoria Police members, Detective Leading Senior Constable Neal Thompson and Senior Constable Vadim De Waart, killed in the Porepunkah tragedy on Tuesday 26th August, 2025.
